Aloers brings the freshest and most genuine expression of the Mediterranean variety xarel-lo grown in calcareous soils. It is a wine of great vivacity and a long finish in the bottle. Made from maceration for a few hours with the stems and working with the lees for approximately a month and a half. Fermentation takes place with its own yeasts from the Celler Credo vineyards. Aloers seeks the maximum expression of the terroir and, therefore, may present natural sediments as a result of minimal intervention. Vinification and bottling are carried out on our own property.
