Its aging is reminiscent of those wines that crossed the oceans in the seventeenth century to the colonies and returned to European ports. Made from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. After aging separately in their respective soleras for 12 years, the two wines are combined to age again in a Solera of 45 butts for 3 more years located in the Sacristy of the winery.
