Flor de Ahillas Blanco is made only from the Merseguera variety and from 60 year old vines. The plots with which this fantastic wine is made, have been abandoned for 3 years. The Martínez Palmero family, betting on them, invested another 3 years to recover them and bring them to their current production.
These vines, which have suffered great stress, provide us with small and loose clusters, which together with a production per vine of less than 2 kg. allows us to elaborate this magnificent white wine by hand.
