Wine essentially gastronomic that goes well with both raw materials and elaborated dishes. Sushi, paellas and risottos, as well as Iberian ham, foie and mature cheeses. At the table, it is a great ally of shrimp, prawns, octopus… Fish such as turbot, sole or tuna tartar harmonize perfectly.
In order to enhance the structure and creaminess of this wine, we suggest serving it between 8ºC and 10ºC and drinking it in a wide-mouthed glass to favor oxygenation.
