Winemaking
This rosé comes from the bleeding of the grapes. The musts from the bleeding of the grapes are taken directly to 225L second year barrels. We therefore have a fantastic range and variety of wines to be able to design the final blend. The wine that results once the final proportion of each wine has been decided, barrel fermented in which it will remain for 3 months in which the lees are periodically stirred to prevent oxidation. This stirring also adds fat and complexity to the wine.
Once barrel aging is complete, it is transferred to a concrete tank. for the lees to continue working in suspension. There it remains for 6 months.
Tasting
Bright cherry red color with purple iridescence and the aromas of raspberry raspberry, blackberry and pastry aromas announce the the fantastic impression on the palate: wild fruits on a background of vanilla, dried fruits and spices.. Muy graso y potente. Largo y persistente.
Pairing
Great with pasta, rice and vegetables. Ideal with lamb and salted meats.
