WINE MAKING: Carbonic maceration (vatting and fermentation of whole bunches). Gentle daily pumping over.
FERMENTATION: With autochthonous yeast selected from our own vineyards. Temperature control between 23ºC and 25ºC.
TASTING NOTES Cherry color, violet rim. Fresh fruit, red, floral, balsamic, licorice. Tasty, with lactic notes, intense, with well-integrated acidity, fruity.
