MACERATION: Cold, for 8 hours.
UNFLANGED: Static.
FERMENTATION: The Sauvignon Blanc variety 50% in French oak barrels of one wine and 50% in barrels of two wines (Vosgues area) with medium-long toasting Burgundy type for 2 months. Viura, Tempranillo Blanco, Malvasía and Maturana varieties in stainless steel. Temperature controlled between 14º and 16ºC with autochthonous yeast selected from our own vineyards.
TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow with bright tones. Expressive nose of fresh fruit, white flowers, notes of citrus and wild herbs. In the mouth it is fresh, juicy and with persistent citrus fi nal.
