WINE MAKING AND AGEING It has been macerated for 1 week with 10% whole grapes with stems and aged for 9 months in 400-liter vitrified amphorae. Only two rackings and no filtering before bottling. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging and malolactic fermentation in 400L vitrified amphorae, buried in albero, maintaining the absence of oxygen at all times during maturation.
TASTING NOTES It is a light grape in alcohol content and color, reminiscent of the Gamay variety. Full of hints of sour cherry and blood orange. Very creamy in the mouth, fresh and pleasant with hints of dairy and red fruits.
