Winemaking
A large part of the grapes is left to over-ripen in the vineyard, the other part is left to dry on trays. Both batches are made separately and are blended in wooden tanks. 75% Tempranillo and 25% Graciano.

Tastings
Intense cherry color with purple glints, intense aromas of red and black fruits. Very silky and fresh.

Lacrimus Apasionado is a wine with a difference, distinguished by its unconventional unconventional elaboration. Y es que, aseguran desde Rodríguez Sanzo, estamos ante  the first“ripasso riojano”.. Una parte de las uvas que se emplearon en su vinificación se dejaron, previamente, sobremadurar en la viña y el resto  dehydrated in trays inside the winery itself. Both parts fermented separately to unite before malolactic fermentation. The result is a red wine with intense aromas of red and black fruits and a  fresh and very silky on the palate.
